ABOUT US
Greenview Farming was a venture started by Charl Marias in the later 1980s, on his family farm. Originally the care taken in growing the lawn was due to the necessity of feeding cattle.
The rich Durbanville soil and the abundance of manure meant that the grass thrived. Through Charl’s passion for creating work, the rich Durbanville soil and the abundance of lawn, Greenview Farming was established.
Greenview started with just transporting and the laying of the lawn, which has now evolved into the offering, soil and soil-related products, irrigation and other full-service solutions.

DELIVERY
We deliver across the Western Cape. We deliver to private clients, schools, estates and building sites.
INSTALLATION
From preparation work to levelling and laying your new lawn. We do grass installations from planning to completion.

GRASSES
KIKUYU GRASS
R45 per ㎡
It is a light Green to Dark Green creeping lawn, which spreads long runners across the ground. It Aids in repairing damaged areas quickly and is a vigorous grower.

BUFFALO GRASS

It is a green-red to dark green/yellow lawn and is a favourable grass in may areas. It is a creeping grass that is well suited to sandy soil.

LM BEREA

LM is a surface growing grass, which needs high temperatures to grow and can be yellow to green(light to sparkling green) in colour.

CYNODON GRASS

It is the most drought tolerant of all grasses. A warm-season grass, and is best for sidewalks and holiday houses. It is dark green to grey in colour.

We offer a 14-day guarantee after installation. Grass will be growing and rooted if watered correctly.
